Anxiety Attack Symptoms

  • Whole body starts shivering and sweating.
  • Difficulty in breathing and an acute sensation of choking in gullet.
  • Feeling of vomiting, chest-paining, faintness and severe head-ache.
  • Skin turns to be pale and dull. [1]


If a person encounters any other anxiety attack symptoms, it doesn’t mean that his condition is worse or different from others. Some times an individual may suffer from anxiety disorder still he doesn’t develop anxiety attack symptoms and moreover never gets an attack.
