Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety attacks, which can also be termed as panic attacks are an acute feeling of fear and fright. Anxiety attacks are generally unexpected and invade in human life without any warning. Many times it’s a self-created panic which has no authenticity. The patients of anxiety attacks feel that there is some calamity that is going to be fallen on them and they can die any moment. Anxiety is excessively involved in our day to day activities, but when anxiety turns to be colossal and uncontrollable, it makes a room for anxiety attacks.
