Anxiety disorders are a very complex sort of disorders, which bother to a very huge number of people through out the world. Due to some anxiety, the body develops a disorder in feelings and emotions. Anxiety disorders more commonly occur due to a phobia. This terror can be regarding a particular situation, person, object or even sound.[1] This phobia torments the patient to the extent, but it does not trouble other people as they take it as normally as it is. Anxiety disorders make the patients skeptic and cynic.
General anxiety disorders:
There are various classifications of anxiety disorders still there is one point which is common in all the types i.e., feeling of worry, tension and terror. In the course of anxiety disorders the patients create a web of isolation around them and hesitate to interact with others. Anxiety disorders lead to gloominess and low self-esteem. In the advanced cases the patients take shelter in alcohol and drugs that ultimately prove to be the last straw at the camel’s back.
Social anxiety disorders:
In social anxiety disorders, the victims hesitate to go out of their houses and attend social gatherings. They always remain self conscious and afraid of social situations. They feel that people will make fun at their cost and embarrass them. [1] This hampers their personal relationship and the patients become introvert.
Post traumatic anxiety disorders:
If someone has faced an injury in the past or the death of a closed one, he generally develops anxiety disorders in his personality. These types of anxiety disorders make him suffer through nightmares and hallucinations.
