Anxiety panic attack is beyond doubt a confusing term. A person, who is suffering from any kind of anxiety disorder, may not get an anxiety panic attack in the whole course of his life. On the other hand an individual who receives an anxiety panic attack may not be tormenting from any anxiety disarray. [1] Before correlating the two terms, we should try to understand the different connotations of both of them.
Anxiety attack:
Anxiety is a stress that we seek either in our family of at our working place. While indulging in the daily routine works of our life, we face various challenges and obstacles. When we find ourselves helpless to cope up with these hindrances, we become anxious. If the level of anxiety increases, it makes room for anxiety attack, which is generally different from an anxiety panic attack.
Panic attack:
In the case of panic disorder, the patient starts fearing from either fake or genuine things. He feels that his life is at stake and he could die any moment. By this he develops specific physical symptoms as well, which includes pain in heart, difficulty in breathing or at certain points he faints too. His fear leads him to get an anxiety panic attack.
Anxiety panic attack:
Anxiety panic attack is a mingling of anxiety and fright. The patient assumes that he is getting over anxious about a certain point and he is afraid to get a positive response from it. He becomes tired not only physically but mentally also. [1] He experiences stiffness in muscles and acute pain in the body. Many times the self created and generated symptoms become the cause of an anxiety panic attack.
