Social Anxiety

The life is becoming more and more stressful these days; hence social anxiety is prevailing everywhere. As human beings are social creatures, therefore, anxiety has a social dimension. There are frequent reports of high social anxiety because the ambitions and aspirations of people have become so elevated and many a times it turns to be awfully cumbersome to achieve it. Then the social anxiety occurs when people visualize the panic of humiliation in public places due to non-fulfillment of their targets.

People, who generally become the victims of bias, suffer from the feeling of social anxiety much more than any other class. They feel that they can be embattled at any time so they develop a shell of panic and prejudice around them. [1] The phobia of social anxiety nags them all the time and decreases their efficiency at work. Social anxiety is more rampant in women in comparison to men.

Some people are more sensitive by nature and the violent pictures and stories that are shown by the media, severely upset them. Therefore the emotional people are prohibited to witness atrocious visuals as it stimulates their level of social anxiety.

Environmental Causes of Social Anxiety:

Environmental or occupational factors play a prominent role in exciting the intensity of social anxiety.
