Symptoms of anxiety disorder have numerous facets like a diamond. Physical, psychological, behavioral and emotional symptoms of anxiety disorder are at the forefront. The nervous system of human beings is profoundly complex and when it fells some danger, it creates a defense mechanism by generating abstract and concrete symptoms of anxiety disorder.
Physical symptoms of anxiety disorder:
Physical symptoms of anxiety disorder are relatively more visible. In this case the pulse and breathing rate of the patient increases to the maximum. The mouth becomes dry whereas the whole body gets wet with sweat. The patient encounters diarrhea and muscular strain. [1] Other physical symptoms of anxiety disorder include unusualness in the blood pressure, panic, trembling or fainting.
Psychological symptoms of anxiety disorder:
Psychologists like Freud stated that the psychological symptoms of anxiety disorder are more prominent in comparison to any other. When one faces a problem, one tries to prepare oneself psychologically much earlier than physically. [2] In this case the person becomes nervous and over anxious.
Behavioral symptoms of anxiety disorder:
Due to anxiety there are bound to be many changes in our behavior. Panic, hyperventilation, irritation and restlessness are some symptoms of anxiety disorder in the behavior of the patients.
Emotional symptoms of anxiety disorder:
Feelings are directly related to our anxiety. When we turn to be emotional about something, we develop symptoms of anxiety disorder in us. The sufferer faces unrealistic terror and tension.
When we come across any of the prevalent symptoms of anxiety disorder, we tend to create a web of self defense system, intentionally or inadvertently.
